THE ALCHEMY OF LOVE: Walking with the Mystics
A Closed Online Series with Murshida Saki Lee
A journey of inner transmutation and spiritual intimacy
This new series invites you into a living alchemy — an unfolding process of transformation in which the denser states of consciousness are gradually refined into clarity, presence, and love. Inspired by the path of the mystics, we explore how love is not something we attain, but something we unveil — already pulsing beneath the surface of our lives.
Each phase of the journey opens a new doorway: from sorrow to wisdom, from longing to intimacy, from fragmentation to a felt sense of the sacred whole. We begin where we are — with what feels heavy or hidden — and we follow the subtle movements of the soul toward light.
Some of the themes that may emerge along the way include:
- The weight of separation and the longing to belong
- Descent as initiation: entering the unknown as sacred ground
- The fire of the Beloved that burns away illusion
- The heart as crucible for transmuting wounds into wisdom
- Rediscovering kinship and the sacred “We”
- Creativity as a vessel for divine expression
- The quiet rising of the soul into coherence
- Living as love — embodied, enacted, and shared
This path is not linear. It spirals, pauses, and deepens. Each month, we listen anew for what is being asked. You are invited to move at your own rhythm, to engage with the practices as they resonate, and to trust your own unfolding.
Together, we hold space for the mystery — allowing love to reveal itself, gently, in its own time.
Since 2015, these online series have brought together a circle of spiritual travellers from more than 16 countries — companions on the path of inner transformation. Each month, you’ll receive a recorded teaching to listen to at your own rhythm, weekly email inspirations to deepen your reflection, and a live ZOOM gathering to share in community. For those in the Netherlands, there is also the option to join an in-person meeting at the Sufi Center in Den Haag — in the same meditation room where Hazrat Inayat Khan once met with his mureeds.
The Alchemy of Love: Walking with the Mystics is rooted in the universal Sufi teachings of Hazrat Inayat Khan, Pir Vilayat Inayat Khan, and Pir Zia Inayat Khan. Alongside these, we will also draw inspiration from beloved Christian mystics — Teresa of Ávila, St. John of the Cross, Thomas Merton, Meister Eckhart, and Hildegard von Bingen — weaving their luminous insights into our shared exploration of the heart’s sacred journey.
Each month, the course includes four downloadable sections — each under 35 minutes — to support your practice in a gentle and spacious way:
✧ A morning meditation to begin the day with breath, prayer, light, sacred sound, and music — to attune, purify, and harmonize your being
✧ A teaching and practice session exploring a monthly theme, woven with Sufi practices (wazifa), sacred poetry, music, and prayer
✧ A Remembrance practice (zhikr) to deepen your connection with the divine essence and uplift the heart
✧ A short musical interlude for mystic relaxation — a time to rest in the heart, soften, and return to inner grace
You’ll also receive a written transcript of the main practices each month to support your personal reflection and integration.
